She was predeceased by: her father Giovanni Appezzato; and her brothers, Ralph and John. She is survived by: her child Mary Ley of Rockville, MD; her wife Jacqueline of Fanwood, N. J.; and her children, Phillip, Rachel and Elizabeth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
