He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion and Richard; his brother Stephen; his daughter Kristin; his son-in-law Anthony Salas; his grandson Levi Richard Salas; his siblings, Christopher, Patrick of Bridgewater, Kathleen of Delaware and Beth of Washington; his nieces and nephews, Devin and Jaelyn Ramirez of Middlesex; and also, Richard and Basking Ridge. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grand-nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Rich's memory to Steeplechase Cancer Center in Somerville, NJ in honor of the care he received.
