She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Mielnicki and Stefka Mielnicki; her husband Cosmo D. Romano; her daughter Barbara Bukowski; and her siblings, Dorothy Peltack, Charles Mielnicki, Edward Mielnicki, Frank Mielnicki, Tessie Domanski, Mary Petrock and Helen Chudy.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Renda (Vincent) of Whitehouse Station, Patricia Evans of Vero Beach, FL and George "Rusty" Evans (Lori) of Vero Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Michelle Gill (Jimmy), Vincent Renda, Brian Renda and Kaylyn Evans (Jarrod Goodman); and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Cooper, Sophie May, Brooke and Lidia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors or the ASPCA.
