He is survived by: his brother Robert "Bob" Wojaczyk (Deborah) of South Amboy; his nieces, Jessica (Ziggy), Michelle and Nicole; his sister-in-law Gloria; his nephews, Christopher Wojaczyk and Brian Wojaczyk (Melissa); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jared, Emily, Jack and Mariah.
