She was predeceased by: her father Robert T. Stankowitz; her brother Robert Stankowitz; and her mother Barbara Ann Reyes. She is survived by: her children, Desiree Stankowitz, Selena Tevis (Michael), Christine Stankowitz, Justin Stankowitz and Barbara Henriquez; her adoptive children, Santa Vargas and Angelique Reyes; her siblings, Sandra Forgione, Anthony Stankowitz, Jessica Reyes and John Reyes; and her grandchildren, Felix Lopez, Clarissa Muniz, Catalina Muniz, Piper Tevis and Damian Stankowitz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
