He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Carmella; his brother Pat; and his uncle Joe Scafidi. He is survived by: his brothers, Ralph Jr. and John; and his friends, William F. Hodge and Liz Genovese. He is also survived by cousins and friends.

“I am sorry buddy....I wish I could've said good bye. I didn't learn of your passing till I saw it on the school forum in Facebook. We were conversing on Facebook messenger, last spoke in November. I am still in shock & saddened over you leaving this world. I know you didn't want to leave...I'll always miss you pal.. You were a great friend who always made me laugh. I hope you, mom, dad & brother ( & of course Uncle Joe) are enjoying each others company again. Hopefully we'll meet up one day!”
