He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Mary Sawicz; and his siblings, Josephine Kiyak, Helen Boos and Stanley Sawicz.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sawicz (Nimetz); his children, Ann Marie McCaffrey and Raymond J. Sawicz, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Roberta; his sister Delores Klama; his grandchildren, Tabatha, Clinton Sawicz, Diane Natusch, Kimberly Kuzma and Robert Rathbun; and his great grandchildren, Tiffany Barnes-Borland, Bianca Kuzma, Bailey Natusch, Richard Kuzma III, Scarlet and June Sawicz.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Flynn and Son/Mitruska Funeral Home (23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:15 AM and at 11:00 AM.
