He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Graczyk Petrick; his sons, Marc of South Amboy and Michael of Bridgeville, PA.; his siblings, Barbara Worosila of Matawan and Peter Petrick of Keyport; and his brother-in-law Michael Graczyk.
