She was predeceased by: her father Joseph C. Kubilus; and her brother Joseph Kubilus. She is survived by: her mother Pauline Kubilus (Franek) of Hazle Twp; and her siblings, Suzanne Sensky (Robert Sensky), Leanne Wolfinger of Macungie, Kristine Kubilus of Macungie and John Kubilus of Drums. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
