She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Maxwell and Isabelle Cannon. She is survived by: her husband Bill Subjack; her children, Jenny Piezas (Josh) of Cranford, NJ, Christine Davis (Robert) of Highland Park, IL and Bill Subjack, Jr. (Taylor) of Saratoga Springs, NY; her grandchildren, Max, Benjamin Piezas, Isabel and Linnea Davis; and her pet Cockatoo.

All attendees are also asked to follow social distancing guidelines.
