With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Skarzynski of South Amboy, New Jersey, born in Sayreville, New Jersey, who passed away on April 11, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Skarzynski; her daughter Carol Colfer; and her siblings, Veronica Puhan, Mary Mazuroski, Bertha Jackubowski, Stella Wlodarczyk, Stanley Wlodarczyk and Edward Wlodarczyk.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Donna) of Niwot, CO and Larry of South Amboy; and her grandchildren, Tara (Greg), Daniel (Kristin), Michael (Emilie) and Tim (Kathy). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Josephine's name be made to the Sacred Heart Church Repair Fund 531 Washington Ave. South Amboy, NJ 08879.
