He was predeceased by: his parent Edward; and his siblings, Eleanor Munck (George), Irene Volk and Thomas Krygier (Patricia). He is survived by: his parent Mary; his children, Alison DeFort, Patricia Slade (Mark) and Karen Malik; his husband Thomas Sr.; and his grandchildren, Michael, Kristin, Timothy, Thomas Kelly Jr., Alexander and Benjamin Slade.

The family is requesting that a donation to be made in lieu of flowers to Sacred Heart Repair Fund, 531 Washington Avenue, South Amboy, NJ 08879, in loving memory of Joseph "Buddy" Krygier.
