He is survived by: his sons, Jesse Soto (Florida) and Alexander Soto (Old Bridge); and his siblings, Pedro Soto of Florida, Orlando Perez of Puerto Rico, Edwin Soto of Florida, Norberto Soto of Milltown, Osvaldo Soto of South Jersey, Miriam Soto of Bronx, NY and Betsy Irrizary of Woodbridge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
