She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Testa and Margaret Testa (Mielcarek); her husband John R. Luciano Sr.; her grandson Evan; and her siblings, Joseph, Anthony, Robert, Thomas, Beverly Testa, Olive Byzdyra, Lorraine Orlando and Denise DePuy.
She is survived by: her children, Gary (Deborah Luciano), Joanne (John McDonnell), John (Josette Luciano), Dennis (Debra Luciano) and Diane (Jeff Reagan); her grandchildren, Matthew (Jessica), Gary Jr. (Joanie), Lauren (Manny), Michael (Syndi), Bryan (Kelly), Christopher (Michelle), Elyse (Jarred), Sean (Neillea), Gabriella, Stephen (Merissa), Haley, Gianna (Tyler Blake), Nicholas and Madelyn; her great grandchildren, Adeline, Braden, Ryan, Eliana, Noah, Mikayla, Sienna, Gavin, Juliette, Ariana, John, Francesca, Amelia, Sonny, Harrison and Asher; and her siblings, Bernice Albanese, Claire Corbitt and Richard Testa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
