She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Grzyb and Victoria Grzyb (Harold McCarthy); and her son Gary McCarthy. She is survived by: her children, Brian McCarthy (Risé) of Tuckerton, NJ, Kelly Leonard (Michael) of Manahawkin, NJ and Keith McCarthy of Tuckerton, NJ.; her brothers, Walter Grzyb (Susan) and Robert Grzyb (Andrea); and her grandchildren, Justin, Daniel McCarthy and Emily Ann Leonard.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Gary T. McCarthy Memorial Scholarship at Pinelands Regional High School at 590 Nugentown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
