Garcia and Pilar Calla Arce; his wife Maria Bertha Montalvan Ruiz of Garcia; his children, Victor Ricardo Garcia Montalvan, Doris Garcia Montalvan (Fujimoto) and Wilder D. Garcia Montalvan; his grandchildren, Brayan D. and Gael; his siblings, Felicita Rodriguez, Theresa Garcia, Isabel Bertram, Mara Wetz, Manuela Vargas, Betty Garcia, Pedro Garcia and Raúl Garcia; and his sister-in-law Neldy Garcia. He was also cherished by nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
