He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilmar Gertsen and Ada Gertsen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Gertsen; his children, Marie Ann Phillips (Daniel), Lorraine Gertsen (Jeff), Robert J. Gertsen, Elaine Gertsen (Greg) and Christine Adams (Kevin); his grandchildren, Daniel, Moira, Samantha, Tyler, Ryan, Carleigh, Austin, Christien and Chase; and his brother James Gertsen. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Bob's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Slips will be available for mail in donations at the funeral home.
