He is survived by: his children, Paul Merbedone (Linda) of Sneads Ferry, NC and Laura Wilmott of Sneads Ferry, NC; his sister Barbara Marino of Delray Beach, FL; his great grandchild Brandon Merbedone; and his former wife Harriet Potts of North Carolina.
