He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick McCarren and Anna McCarren; and his son-in-law Richard. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Patrick (Suzanne), Deborah, Gerard (Karen), Robert (Erin), David, Lauren (Guy) and Lynn; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Patrick (Rachel), John, Brianna, Charlie, Dylan, Cillian, Melissa (Jordan), David, Joey, Taylor (Jessica), Lauren (Charlie) and James (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Hallie, Leighton and Scarlett.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cusick Funeral Home (80 Mountain Ave, Somerville, NJ 08876).
