With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lou Sutphen (Somerville, New Jersey), born in Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on March 30, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie K. Devaney (Schlegel) and Walter E. Devaney; and her siblings, Michael Devaney and Ellen Nadolny. She is survived by: her husband William R. Sutphen III (Bill); her grandchildren, Hannah Langlie, Devaney Latino, Logan Roach, Claire Latino, Kate Latino, Emma Hall, Will Sutphen, Eliza Hall and Luke Flanagan; her siblings, Marjorie Flynn (John) and Walter Devaney (Virginia); her sister-in-law Nancy Devaney; her nieces and nephews, Katherine Vizzini (Joseph), Lauren Flynn and John Flynn (Greta); and also, Susan Latino, Janet Gagliardi, Ellen Flanagan (Chris), Trisha Hall (Chris) and William Sutphen (Michele). She is also survived by her loving children, stepchildren.
