He was predeceased by: his parents, Zgarrzio Palazzo and Filippa Leoverde; and his wife Mary Palazzo. He is survived by: his sons, Louis Palazzo (Darlene) and Joseph Palazzo; his grandchildren, Darla Foreman and Michael Palazzo; his great grandchildren, Sam, Maya and Jack; and his sisters-in-law, Rose Gulick, Ruth Gulick and Helen Krause. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
