She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Sleph and Edward Sleph. She is survived by: her husband George P. Fazan Jr.; her children, George M. Fazan and Amy Versace (Scott); her granddaughter Aveline Versace; and her brothers, Thomas Sleph and Paul Sleph (Holly).
