It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carole Ann Kavanaugh (Somerville, New Jersey), born in Hoboken, New Jersey, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, May Pahler (Walsh) and Edward Pahler; and her husband Walter John Kavanaugh of Somerville. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jo Thornburg (Ronald) and Kathryn "Katy" Fetko (Steven); her siblings, Jane Huston and Edward Pahler, Jr.; her grandchildren, Marissa (Nick) of Kiley Ann, RJ, Dylan, Caitlin (Peter) and Steven; and her great grandchildren, Kealan, Neala, Ayden and Ayla. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
