She was predeceased by: her father Barry Van Horn. She is survived by: her son Charlie Van Horn; her mother Denise Van Horn; her brothers, Barry J. Van Horn (Mollie) and Brian Collins; and her friends, Karen Zaliwski (Peter), Mary Ellen Kerwin (John), Dylan, Deidre, Nicole and Johnny. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins.
