He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Prairie and William Prairie; and his son-in-law Joseph Cervati. He is survived by: his wife Deborah J.; his daughters, Arlene Kovacs of Highland Park, NJ, Heather Prairie of Somerset, NJ and Jennifer Prairie (Krzysztof Willman) of Somerset, NJ; his sister Denise E. Voorhes of Orlando, FL; and his grandsons, Anthony W. Lichowid and Christopher Delia.

In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for memorial gifts to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org..).
