He is survived by: his children, Celyne D. Peebles of Somerset, Kimberley Williams (Robert Johnson) of Somerset and Thomas J. Williams (Shannon) of Englishtown; and his sister Cynthia Holliday of Franklin Park. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
