He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoinette Maconi and Thomas Perri. He is survived by: his friend Thomas; his wife Debbie; his children, Tommy, Lauren and Christopher; his grandchildren, Matteo and Olivia; his siblings, Carol and Ronald (Suzanne); his siblings-in-law, Joe (Kim), Danny (Ronda), Alison and Christine (John Pentz); his daughter-in-law Annemieke; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Amy, Liza, Renee, Chloe, Justin, Danny, Tanner and Zachary. He is also survived by his family and friends.
