In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Thanh had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Thanh may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his wife Le Huynh. He is survived by: his children, Hung Lam, Dung Lam, Steven Lam, Van Lam, Jennie Lam and Sarina Lam. He is also survived by thirty-nine loving grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gleason Funeral Home (1360 Hamilton St, Somerset, NJ 08873). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Franklin Memorial Park (1800 NJ-27, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902). A committal service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
As a dedicated member of the Buddhist community, he would frequently donate and volunteer time to various temples in the greater North Jersey and New York areas.
