He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Polny and Lottie Polny; and his sister Joan Polny. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Polny of Kennesaw, Georgia, Ashley and Roberto Hajek of Yardville, NJ; his girlfriend Laurel Dejonge of Somerset, NJ; and his grandsons, Luke and Logan Hajek.
