He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Phillips and Margaret Phillips (Hewitt); his brother Raymond; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Wohlfarth); his son Tim; his daughter-in-law Jeanette Phillips of Washington; his daughter Colleen; his son-in-law Michael Rossi of Somerset; his brother Daniel; his sister-in-law Bettie Hazzard of Delanco; his grandchildren, Megan Gonzalez (Jose) and Nick Rossi; and his great grandchild Giovanni Gonzalez.
