She was predeceased by: her brother Marcelino Rodriguez; her brothers-in-law, Mario Gonzalez and Rolando Vilas; her stepson William Perez; and her parents, Benigna "Mima" Rodriguez and Wencelao.
She is survived by: her significant other Eulalio Perez; her daughter Maytee Sawyer (Thane); her grandchildren, Wren and Nix of Delaware; her daughter Mercedes Perez Kobrin (David); her siblings, Maria Gonzalez of Elizabeth, Juana Vilas of Elizabeth and Marto Rodriguez (Ofelia) of Florida; her sister-in-law Onilda Rodriguez; and her stepchildren, Ramonita Comas (Jorge), Richard Perez (Carol) and Barbara LaVista (Cesar). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
