She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Fletcher and Elsie Fletcher; her brothers, Ronald Fletcher and Wilfred James Fletcher, Jr.; and her stepson Anthony Ford.

She is survived by: her spouse Joe L Howard; her children, Denice Howard and Shelia Howard; her grandchildren, Antoinette, Ivohna, Ezkiel, Isaiah and Concepcion; and her sister Gail Maxelix. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
