She was predeceased by: her significant other Jim Forte; and her sister Louise Hettinger. She is survived by: her children, Jim Forte (Sunisa), Donna Peruta (Jim), Tom Forte and Dianne Suraci (Carl); her siblings, Emma Spiezio and Lou Checchetto (Lynn); her siblings-in-law, Connie Parisi and Gerald Forte (Linda); and her grandchildren, Danielle Peruta, Nick Peruta, Erica Suraci and Amy Suraci. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
