She is survived by: her husband Jay; her daughters, Tiffany and Bethanie; her stepdaughter Cynthia; her stepmother Grace Dinnall-Stephens; her father Horace Stephens; her mother-in-law Sylvia; and her brother Neil Humphreys. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
