She is survived by: her children, Charles Barisonek of Fort Myers, FL, Amanda Hoover of Fort Myers, FL, John Thomas "J. T." Levonick of Lake Hopatcong and Thomas Levonick of Garwood, NJ.; her grandchildren, Jess, Jack and Saraj; and her sister Mary Beth Hennessy.
