She was predeceased by: her parents, Teodore Kis and Efruzyna Kis; and her spouse Dmytro Flak. She is survived by: her children, Rosalie Holowinsky and Lubomyr Flak (Christine); her grandsons, Daniel Flak and Michael Flak (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Grayson Flak and Harper Flak.
