He is survived by: his close friend Eileen Fink; his sons, Brett Lazar (Debbie) and Eric Lazar (Amy); his sister Lettie Ellis; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Zachary, Hannah, Amanda, Alyssa and Theodore (Eileen Fink).
