He is survived by: his wife Diane Derrick Cleary; his children, Robert (Abigail) of Cortland, NY, Gerard (Tammy) of Martinsville, NJ, James of Bedminster, NJ, John (Lisa) of Neshanic Station, NJ, Thomas (Kerin) of Allentown, NJ, Eileen Cleary of Westfield, NJ, Jacqueline Cleary of Westfield, NJ and Marilyn (James Stephenson) of Bridgewater, NJ; his siblings-in-law, Michael Sexton of Woodside, NY and Rita Sak of South Brunswick, NJ; and his grandchildren, Caitlin, Ann, Steven, Emma, Rosa, Kennard, Lauren, Grace, Emily, Jack, Aidan, Sean, Brian, Ryan, Elizabeth, Gabriella, Molly, Thomas and Finn.
