He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann (Baker) and Hugh Robert Devlin; his daughter Jolene Devlin; and his brother Robert Devlin. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Cascioli-Devlin; his stepdaughter Alicia Thorpe; his grandsons, Kayden and Payton Thorpe; his brother Dennis (Rebecca Devlin); his nieces, Maureen Hamalainen, Colleen Frost and Meghan Devlin; his nephew Bryan Devlin; his friends, Chris Debbie, Dave Dewar and John; and also, Mary Ellen Devlin and Judy Devlin. He is also survived by six grand-nieces and two grand-nephews.

Cremation will be private and a memorial service will be held at a later date due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
