She is survived by: her son Scott Lamont Powell of Dover, DE; her husband Aubrey Powell of Somerset, NJ; her daughters, Cindy Powell Hughes (Thomas) of Somerville, NJ and Pamela A Crews Russell (Randy); and her siblings, Sandra Billups Waldorf, MD (Greg), Gloria Armstrong (Roderick) of Lutherville, MD and Robert Crawley, Sr. (Mary) of Bound Brook, NJ. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
