He was predeceased by: his wife Huei-Shan Fan. He is survived by: his children, Tyh-Dar Fan and Ming Perrello (Anthony Perrello); and his grandchildren, Micah and Kristen. He is also survived by three brothers in Taiwan, and a sister.
