She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Wlazlo (Larry); her daughter-in-law Barbara Koza; her siblings, Marianna Hospod and John Glodek; her grandchildren, Stephen, Michael, Brian and Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Lane, Logan, Gabriel and Lucas. She is also survived by grandmother and cherished spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
