He is survived by: his wife Carol Orban-Scrudato; his children, Matthew Scrudato (Tina) and Sabina Trager (Bob) of Long Island; his stepchildren, Robert Lane (Lisa), Karen Lane of Somerset and Scott Lane of Wilmington, NC.; and his grandchildren, Ty, Ethan, Skyler, Spencer and Sarah.

In lieu of flowers, he asked to consider a contribution in Mr. Scrudato's name to the Disabled American Veterans at http://www.dav.org.
