He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walters and Muriel Walters. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Leah; his sister Elizabeth Folk; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Berkowicz (Dianne), Ted Berkowicz (Camille) and Christine Berkowicz. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
