He was predeceased by: his parents, Aleksander Baginski and Anna Baginski (Zalewska); his son John Baginski; and his brothers, Stanislaw Baginski and Ignacy Baginski.

He is survived by: his wife Genowefa Baginski; and his children, Lucy Cherney (Robert), Elizabeth Thigpen (Brian), Kristine Ryan (James), Anna Thomas (Bill) and Christopher Baginski (Courtney). He is also survived by his eighteen grandchildren.
