He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Ferents and Danielle Ferents. He is survived by: his wife Lesya Ferents; his daughter Dariya Gorak (Tomasz); his siblings, Jaroslav Ferents (Marie) and Natalia Pekhovyah (Volodymyr); and his grandchildren, Yulia and Adam Gorak.
