He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lukasiewicz and Lucy Lukasiewicz (Whitty); his siblings, Anita Smith, June Colombini, Ella Lukasiewicz and Robert Lukasiewicz; his in-laws, Thomas, Lucille Bogie, Jane, Mimi and Danny Franklin; and his granddaughter Olivia Hope Schairer.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Bogie; and his family, Courtney Kaplan (Andrew), Hannah, Benjamin and Christian Schairer.
