Shirley Gindhart Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Gindhart of Somers Point, New Jersey, born in Camden, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Karpuk and Anna Karpuk; her brother William Karpuk; and her grandson Christopher James Pells. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Gindhart, Sr.; her children, Joseph Gindhart, Jr. (Kristen) of Potomac Falls, Virginia, Lisa Marinelli (late Joseph) of Margate and Karen Pells (John Hoffmann) of Ventnor; her sisters, Mary Ann Malinowski (Matthew, Sr.) of Glendora and Doris Martorana (late Michael) of Norma; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Jess), Emily, Joe, Anna, Aidan, Liam and Marco.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church (606 Shore Rd, Somers Point, NJ 08244).
