He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kurtz (Betty); his daughters, Beverly Walker (Steve), Denise Kubaska (Michael) and Betsy Young; his grandchild Chris Kubaska (Michelle Tacconelli); and his great grandchildren, Pearl, Gordon Kubaska, Steve, Janvier Walker, Becky and Rachael Young. He is also survived by his extended family—nieces and nephews, cousins.
