He is survived by: his pet Piper; his parents, Diana Thomas and Thomas Urbanek; his stepfather Bill Gary; his siblings, John Rosario, T. J. Urbanek (Rachael), Angel-Lee Rosario (Daniel Allebach) and Dana Mobley (Stephen); his grandparents, Betty Thomas, Willard and Beverlyann Gary; and his nieces and nephews, Aubrie, Prudence, Tommy, Sydney, Beverly, Stephen and Gwen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
